The Master’s Degree Program in School Leadership and Education for Inclusion prepares professionals capable of working within educational, re-educational, and rehabilitative systems focused on individuals, particularly children, adolescents, and young people. The program integrates pedagogical, psychological, sociological, and organizational-management competencies, training graduates to coordinate educational services and manage complex educational projects. The program features a single curriculum, with the opportunity to choose elective courses that allow students to develop specialized competencies related to the two professional profiles for which the degree prepares graduates: Training and Education Manager and Pedagogist for Inclusion. Graduates develop skills in educational leadership, the design of socio-educational interventions, and the management of inclusion and integration processes. Particular attention is devoted to the prevention and treatment of youth distress, disabilities, and special educational needs. The program also provides access to the Italian teaching qualification class A-18 “Philosophy and Human Sciences”, enabling graduates to teach philosophy, psychology, sociology, anthropology, and educational sciences in upper secondary schools.
Starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, the program will be delivered in a blended learning format, combining on-campus and online activities. The number of credits delivered online will be less than two-thirds of the credits assigned to the educational activities, excluding practical and laboratory-based components.
