The increasing complexity of today’s educational systems, which now extend beyond traditional school institutions into broader territorial contexts (including re-educational, rehabilitative, guidance, and integration services), has created the need for new professional roles in the field of educational management.
This Master’s Degree Program, through its two professional profiles, seeks to respond to the diverse range of personal services by training professionals capable of combining organizational and managerial expertise with pedagogical, psychological, and sociological knowledge. These professionals are equipped to interpret the specific characteristics of educational, re-educational, and rehabilitative systems centered on the individual, preventing them from being reduced to purely economic or corporate models.
Graduates of the Master’s Degree Program in School Leadership and Clinical Pedagogy can be defined as educational leaders, training managers, and experts in issues related to social disadvantage and disabilities.
Vision
The Master’s Degree Program in School Leadership and Pedagogy for Inclusion aims to become a regional and national point of reference in the training of professionals capable of leading, innovating, and transforming educational and socio-educational systems according to principles of inclusion, equity, and sustainability.
The program’s vision is to prepare professionals with high levels of pedagogical and managerial responsibility, capable of understanding the complexity of contemporary educational contexts, designing and managing services and institutions focused on individual well-being throughout the entire lifespan, and promoting a culture of inclusion based on social justice, participation, and the enhancement of diversity.
Within this framework, the program seeks to develop reflective and competent educational leadership, integrating advanced pedagogical knowledge with psychological, socio-relational, managerial, organizational, and legal competencies in order to:
build territorial networks,
