The University Teaching Regulations govern the organization and structure of the Degree and Specialization Courses offered by the University of Florence, in compliance with current legislation.

The Degree Course Regulations (Ordinamento) define the name of the course and its degree class; the educational objectives; the expected learning outcomes; the professional profile and career opportunities; the general framework of teaching activities with the corresponding number of credits, type (core, characterizing...), disciplinary field, and scientific-disciplinary sector; and the characteristics of the final exam for obtaining the qualification.

The University Student Guide (Manifesto degli Studi) contains all the rules concerning students (matriculation and enrollment, tuition fees and concessions, transfers and course changes, etc.). It also lists the educational offerings for the academic year to which it refers.

The Degree Course Teaching Regulations is the regulatory document that defines and organizes the educational and training offer of the Master's Degree course.
